Therefore she is unprofessional, careless and wants to be on her phone all day long, since I caught her on there when first walked in. I was waiting for your corporate office to give yall the go to reinstate is ridiculous in itself! Meanwhile, customers like myself are taking their hard earned money and business elsewhere because we refuse to wait for yall to get it together and suffer without car insurance when there are way better options! Hence, having your customer call yall 2-3xs a day to check if yall had got the "go" by corporate to reinstate is ridiculous in itself! Mind you, "K" from the Bedford office never ever called me back like she said that she was even after a week after they told me that I will end up paying 500 dollars for insurance on 3 cars because I have a license and my other people do not.

In other word, she didn't even bother trying and now I as a paying customer for about 5 years have to look for my own insurance at my own risk so that just tells me she's useless.

Get your (beep!!) together when it comes to reinstating your valued customer's car insurance policies regardless of the "flood" conditions! Other major auto insurance companies would have reinstated their customers(with payment of course) in a jiffy! I take liability for allowing my policy to cancel due to non payment and yall have record/notes of me notifying your company ahead of time about this; however, if your customer has more than enough funds to reinstate their policies, please don't make it hard on them not to get their same policy.
