This is quite possibly the worst insurance company that I have ever had to deal with . And I will make sure everyone i know hears about it. And Woody in claims department needs to go to school for customer service before they allow him to work with anyon move past that in an adequate time. What made the positive difference for me was how the claims adjuster Jason responded. He acknowledged the report quickly and then was personable, clear and professional in how he guided me to move forward.
